We also offer free delivery for flooring orders over £500 (plus VAT) and free delivery for orders over £150 (plus VAT) for machinery and accessories.

Payment Flexibility

Here at Wood Floors & Accessories we understand that ordering large quantities of product often means large amounts of money - and that is before you have even been paid for the job.

To make payment easier for you, we offer a monthly credit accounts option (subject to certain terms and conditions).

We use Royal Bank of Scotland Invoice Finance who control all the approval of accounts and credit limits. Our payment terms are on the 20th of the month following the date of invoice.

Client Samples

At Wood Floors & Accessories we realise that many of your clients may want to see samples beforehand so they can make an informed choice about flooring.

We supply small hand samples approximately 200 mm long, free of charge, which can be sent either directly to you or your clients. For larger samples, we charge approximately £30 - £60 a panel, but we will refund this cost against your first order for this product. If the customer wants to make their own sample displays we offer a 50% discount and the remaining 50% is again refunded against the first order for the product.
