TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS

The Company means Wood Floors & Accessories Limited.
The Customer means the Customer of the Company.
The contract means the sale of goods between the Company and the Customer.
The goods mean the parts and materials sold from the Company to the Customer.

2. PRICES

Prices are correct at time of release but are subject to change without prior written notice.

3. QUOTATIONS

All quotations are valid for 14 days and are subject to current stock availability from our suppliers.

4. DELIVERY

Adequate labour must be provided by the Customer at time of unloading.
All delivery dates quoted are approximate and the Company may not be liable for any costs incurred due to late deliveries.
Risk of the goods is passed to the Customer once they have been delivered.

5. STORAGE

The Customer shall store the goods in accordance with the British Standard Institute recommendations, unless otherwise stated.

6. CLAIMS & NOTIFICATIONS

Any claims for non delivery must be notified in writing to the Company within 24 hours.
Any claim that the goods were delivered damaged must be noted on the delivery note and notified in writing to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
Any claims for the incorrect quantity being delivery must be notified in writing to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
The Company will be only accept responsibility for the first 1 M²/Pack of any product rejected due to poor quality and not an entire floor.
The Company must be given the opportunity to investigate via a third party consultant any complaint regarding quality. In the event of a complaint being acceptable the Company must be given the opportunity to replace the goods with an alterative batch or product.
The Company has no liability for any kind of defects resulting from wear or tear, accident or improper use of the products supplied.

7. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Stock products returned in their original condition will be subject to 10% re stocking charge to cover internal costs.
Any non stock products may be returned, at management’s discretion, and will be subject to the manufacturers re stocking fee.
Any bespoke products ordered will be subject to a 50% non refundable deposit and orders may not be cancelled.
Any incurred carriage costs will be quoted and charged at cost prices.

8. MOISTURE CONTENT, PRODUCTION AND GRADING

The moisture content of any wood supplied by the Company will be in accordance with the British Standard Institute recommendations unless otherwise stated.
Any complaints as to the moisture content must be made in writing to the Company within 24 hours of delivery.
Any goods delivered by the Company must be stored in dry conditions in accordance with the British Standard Institute recommendations unless otherwise stated.
Grading rules may vary from country to country and manufacturer to manufacturer.
Production tolerances may vary from country to country and manufacturer to manufacturer but will generally be +- 1mm on the widths and +-0.50mm on the lengths.

9. SAMPLES

All samples given by the Company to the Customer should only be used as an indication of colour and not as a true representation of the size, colour and grade of the product
